The Next Write Reads Podcast

usconductorsDoes everyone have a copy of Sean Michaels’ Us Conductors? It’s got Russian history, the history of the invention of the theremin (one of the most interesting musical instruments out there), espionage, romance, it’s now available in paperback, and it’s not only a Giller nominee but an actual Giller prize winner. What more do you want? If you don’t have a copy, go and get one and start reading!

Our podcast for Us Conductors will be available on January 14th. We hope you’ll join us for the discussion.

We also wish all of our readers and listeners a very Happy New Year! Here’s to lots of good books in 2015.

There’s something old timey about it too, though. Like huddling around the radio to listen to FDR give his fireside chat, or whatever. Yes. I just placed us in the company of FDR. – Kirt

  2. Naomi says:

I am reading it right now!

  3. writereads says:

Make sure to send us your thoughts and we’ll incorporate them into the podcast. – Kirt
